15 min Flow for a Strong Spine

A 15 minute yoga sequence that is focused around the spine. We start off slowly to bring our awareness inward. Then we start to flow a little bit to warm up the body and exercise the 6 directions of the spine. then we end with a quick savasana as a nice relaxing treat to the mind and body.
