Episode Two | Irvington, NJ | Walkthrough with Fuquan - Season Four

In this episode, we see the start of the renovations on this two-story fix and flip property.

After gutting the property down to the beams, phase 1 renovations get started with rough plumbing, gas, electrical, and HVAC, as well as a new porch, exterior paint, siding, windows, roofing, and framing. Once the renovations reached the halfway mark, with completed insulation and an initial inspection, some more paintwork is required before a second inspection can approve the next phase.
