Hospital employees to be laid off in April

Dozens of employees are expected to be laid off at three local hospitals and the county says it may be permanent. The county issued a WARN notice for Crothall Healthcare employees working at three Adventist Health hospital locations in Bakersfield, Delano and Tehachapi Valley.
