EBAY INFLATING SELLERS RATINGS-customer service call to eBay

This is kind of in the auction realm of things, I have bought a few things off of ebay lately and they have all been bad experiences! I bought a couple of electric scooters for Xmas presents and when I originally ordered they had a delivery date of December 10 after I placed my order I got the real estimated time which was February 9. Emailed the seller to cancel 10mins after I ordered and he didn’t read his emails within 24hours like the add said, instead read my email 48-72 after I bought and he just happened to ship before he read my email. I left negative feedback eBay took that away and restored the sellers 100% rating while still telling me my feedback was left and counted. Second item says I can leave feedback I purchased the item, seller cancelled and gave me a different link because I live in Canada, sorry don’t want to do things over again to accommodate the sellers!!! Bottom line here is sellers have all the power on eBay and eBay helps this along by deleting negative feedback and not telling you! Even after you buy something you are still not entitled to leave feedback in some cases, I have 2 and I have bought 5 things off eBay! Leave a comment I would like to hear if you had some sort of trouble with them also
