Dear Dr. Mobeen, I am interested in the long view for an endemic SARS-CoV-2 scenario. It seems logical to me that early and effective and easily administered treatments will be necessary for the significant segment of the population that are immunocompromised. There is a plausible hypothesis that rapid mutation occurs in immunocompromised patients and generates variants that may be concerning. Love to You and all the Koolbeens!
