Russian troops could move into pro-Moscow regions of Ukraine

The U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas Greenfield expects that Russian troops could move into the so-called DNR and LNR regions of Ukraine after President Vladimir Putin recognized that the two regions are independent.
