WHY IS MARK POLONCARZ NOT BEING INVESTIGATED FOR THREATENING TO SHOOT PROCESS SERVER

A professional process server reported to police and filled out a signed affidavit that Erie County Executive and public servant Mark Poloncarz threatened to shoot her if she did not get off of her property.

To date, the FBI, Homeland Security, Erie County Sheriffs Department, Erie County District Attorney's Office or the US Department of Justice have not investigated this incident. Ask yourselves why.

This incident happened over two weeks ago and we have heard no developments. Why is it that there is a muti-tiered approach of selective enforcement of the law in our towns, counties and state? If this was something any one of us did and someone filled out a signed affidavit, law enforcement would show up to our homes, arrest us and tell us it's not for them to judge and decide, that's for the court systems. Why is that happening in this case?

How long will Mark Poloncarz be allowed to commit the crimes he does? How long before Mark Poloncarz actually does what he threatens to do and shoots someone...or even worse?
