This is my first glitch effect video using one image. I used the free online video effects website https://www.veed.io/

You have to create an account to remove the watermark and they may charge for that. Not sure because I didn't sign up.

I will look for a free glitch effects app over on the Google play store.

Please let me know if you are aware of any such apps. :)
