IT: I'm in Trentino, more specifically in Storo, Val del Chiese.
The famous Mais Rosso is produced in this vallata and then used in several Agri90 products. Farina gialla, Farina bianca, Gallette e Frutti such as Fragole, mirtilli, Lamponi, More e Ribes are available.

We'll see how the Gallette de Mais, the giallo Farina sacchi, and the fragole are made here.
