6min Home SHOULDER & TRAPS Workout (DUMBBELLS ONLY!). Think you can handle this Shoulder and Traps workout? See if you can keep up!

We'll be going through 9 dumbbell exercises for 30 seconds each. I'll give you a 7 second rest between each exercise to prepare for the next set.
