Jeffrey Holland alludes to the secret LDS second anointing temple ordinance for Russell Ballard, Quentin Cook and their wives, at a special conference in London, England on October 31, 2021. Then he says that if they are not sure about being saved, what about the rest of us! Here is the complete quote:

"And I can testify that it's not what he would ever say. It is not for his salvation. It isn't for Russell Ballard's salvation that he keeps coming here. He got that taken care of a long time ago. He wouldn't say that, but I can. And so too with Elder Cook, and sister Holland and sister Cook. Just leave me out of it. The rest of them, they're all home free. Their salvation, for me, is sure. If they're not sure, what about the rest of us. We're in big trouble. So let's give them this this permanent pass that they've earned and been blessed with by the atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ and the principles of the gospel. And so they're safe. All the more reason to just say I've done that, been there. Given everything, been on these umpteen missions, gone around the world all these different times. I'm staying home, I'm relaxing, gonna put feet up and watch, you know, coronation street something."
