England scraps COVID rules as other countries lift travel measures

England is scrapping most of its travel rules, with the requirement to self-isolate following a positive COVID-19 test no longer in effect come Thursday. It's one of several changes Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced as the country moves to lift the remaining measures it had in place.

Australia also saw its own changes, with its borders fully reopening to fully-vaccinated travellers on Monday, leading to some tearful reunions.
