Fear is always invoked to achieve a specified goal. Fear is both a lifesaver and a manipulator. When government declares churches as “non-essential” in adherence to government mandates, it is essentially prohibiting freedom of assembly. No worship, no prayer, no praise. Many, understandably, will adhere to these mandates out of fear, as fear has the power to sway, distort, and rupture the conventions of the human psyche. Yet, in whom shall we trust?

We MUST trust in God.
