President Erdogan of Turkey in prophecy - Topic intro

In Daniel chapter 8 verse 3, we learn of a ram that has two high horns. The second becomes higher than the first. In verse 4, we learn that the ram pushes west, north, and south.
In verse 6 and 7, we learn the ram is attacked and the two horns are broken.
In verse 20 an angel says the two horns of the ram represents the following: The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.
From Daniel chapter 11and current events we connect the dots that Ayatollah Khamenei of Iran is the fourth king in Daniel chapter 11 and the angel referenced the country as Persia. Khamenei has been in power for over 40 years.
We are looking for someone who can fit the description of being from Media to become higher than Khamenei.
On July 17, 2016, Muslim scholars around the world recognized President Erdogan, the Muslim Supreme Leader of the entire Muslim world. In that regard, Erdogan became higher than Khamenei.
