Juicy Pan-Fried Chicken Thighs with Veggies

If you ever need something easy and quick for dinner or lunch, here's a pan-fried chicken thighs recipe!

Ingredients:
Chicken Bone-in thighs
Olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tsp. lemon peppers
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Brussel Sprouts
Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 onion

FOR THE SIDES:
you can either do Bake potato or Rice

INSTRUCTIONS:
* Pat dry chicken thighs.
* Mixed all seasonings and spread into our chicken. If you need more seasoning you can always add more.
* On a hot skillet or iron cast pan, add olive oil and butter we are going to cook the chicken until golden brown.
* While cooking, cut into 1/2 the Brussel sprouts, tomatoes, and onion. Seasoned with salt & pepper and garlic powder, then mix.
* Once the chicken is golden brown, add it on top of our vegetables, skin facing up.
*Pre-heat oven for 400°F
* Bake chicken and vegetables for 30 mins. to 60 minutes. (Keep an eye on your chicken). Cook chicken should always be 165°F
* Serve with baked potato or rice!
