Two Woman Disappear and Nobody Cares

Veronica Reyes Diaz is a missing woman from Florida. I met with her father, family, and Pink Justice. Also covered Cieha Taylor. These stories take place in Dover Florida, and Plant City Florida.

Veronica Reyes Diaz 23, was last seen in the early morning hours of Saturday, January 18, 2020. Her father, Fidencio Minjares, told Dateline that Veronica had made plans to go out Friday night with a friend. Her husband stayed home with their 1-year-old son and she took their two older sons, ages 4 and 5, to her sister’s house in Plant City, Florida, about 15 minutes away. - NBC

Around 1:15 a.m. on Saturday, Veronica’s friend dropped her off at her house and then Veronica Reyes drove to her sister’s house to pick up the boys before returning home, according to Veronica’s father. Once the children were inside and put to bed, her father said that’s when it appears she left the house again, but didn’t return. -NBC

Cieha Taylor 28, was last seen in Plant City Florida around 4pm. on Thursday February 6,2020 dropping her boyfriend off at his friends house off Cowart and Trapnell Rd. On Thursday February 6, 2020 around 7pm Cieha’s car was found running abandoned on the train tracks less then a mile from her boyfriend’s friends home. The drivers side door was open. Her phone was found on the ground next to the car on the train tracks. A Plant City Police officer came on the scene. Cieha’s License plates WERE NOT RAN by the Police officer. The Police officer got in her vehicle and moved her car with her belongings inside. Moved it to the side of the road and locked the door. The detective Will not release the name of the officer that moved the vehicle on February 6.

Speaking on Cieha, brought me back to the cold case files of Veronica. I remember pink Justice mentioning another girl from the area that went missing around the same time.
