On February 11, 2022, anti-vaccine-mandate protesters gathered in front of New York's City Hall to voice their opposition to mandates on the last day for city workers subject to the mandates to comply by submitting proof of vaccination.
U.S. Senate candidate Mark Szuszkiewicz, who is running as a Republican, spoke at the event and later talked with us about how he thinks elected officials should have handled the pandemic, how issues with hospital capacity and policy should be addressed, and getting Senator Chuck Schumer out of office.
