Shotley Gate, Ipswich Suffolk, UK Storm Franklin

Little film about Storm Franklin as it passes over Shotley Gate which has Harwich Port and Felixstowe docks over the river. The pier is an old Royal Navy structure being renovated by public subscription. Shotley was the site of HMS Ganges.
