Welcome to my 6 week self defence Program for Kids, to get you to your yellow belt!

This is our interactive virtual self defence yellow belt program that we go on a journey, helping to save my dog, Jack's, 6 puppies! They have been stolen by the EVIL KILLARY NASTIA, and her evil band of thugs.

We go through a journey to help save 1 puppy each week. BUT, to be able to do this, we have to overcome different obstacles and challenges that include learning a myriad of basic self defence techniques and how to use them.

Kids learn:

2. What to do if they're grabbed on the wrist
3. What to do if they're being hit in the face
4. What to do if they're being hit on the head
5. What to do if they're being punched
6. What to do if they're pushed
7. How to kick
8. What to do if there's a fire
9. what to do if they're approached by someone and they feel uncomfortable

and a whole bunch more!

This is an interactive virtual program designed to mirror a compilation of TV shows kids engage with and videos games, where we implement games, challenges and other activities to help kids stay active, engaged and learn these invaluable skills.
