Take a walk on a beautiful sunny November day and visit Zagreb's center - built in Austro-Hungarian style and known as Lower Town. This part of the city was mostly developed in 18th and 19th century - after the threat from Ottoman Empire diminished and people started to build outside of Upper Town walls. As Zagreb rapidly grew in early 20th century Lower Town became the new city center and today it is populated with cafes, restaurants, hotels, theaters, museums, art galleries, shops, parks...
