Computing in the Early 70s "Information On Demand" 1972
3 years ago
6
A public lecture about using computers to provide information on demand.
The lecture was delivered in the UK on 14.11.72
The location is unknown but may it have been delivered on behalf of the Open University. The lecturer may be Mr P. Donnelly
It was one of a series of lectures, the others are currently lost.
The concluding remarks, constrained by the technology of the time, would now be regarded as naive in the extreme.
