When the ambassador bridge closed (3rd important trade crossing), Biden met with Trudeau because LOTS OF REVENUE LOST. The day after the closing of that bridge - next day Biden meets with Trudeau to "compare notes". Follow the money - GM potentially loses $11 billion in revenue due to one month of closures...
