What happens when we die?
Let’s see what the Bible tells us about this subject.

1 John 1:7 7But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin

John 1:29
“The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world

Revelation 1:5 "and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood,"

Hebrews 9:27-28 Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many;

Hebrews 10:12–14 But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins,… 14 For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified

1John 2:2
He Himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also suffered for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.

Isaiah 53:5-6 KJV 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Hebrews 10:18 And where these have been forgiven, an offering for sin is no longer needed.

Hebrews 10:26-there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins

1 Peter 1:18-19 Knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot.

Hebrew 1:3
Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

2 Corinthians 5:21 — For God made Christ, who never knew sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.
