When you can't shut your mind down or you're afraid to fall asleep because of nightmares, you'll end up burning out your adrenals and feeling exhausted all the time.

These facial reflexology points encourage your nervous system to enter a state of relaxation. They allow your brain to shut down so that you can sleep well and even have good dreams!
