Once again I would like to thank the Roasted root for sharing.

Several years back my wife went gluten free for health reasons.
Me I love my gluten I won't kid you.
Today my wife has a very limited diet.
Anyway I can expand on it I consider a plus.
If I find something that works I will stock her up.
I have never had or created a waffle like this before.
I took a bite to taste and tell.
I can tell you it is tasty that's for sure.
I would like to thank the roasted root for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
DRY INGREDIENTS:
2 1/4 C. GLUTEN FREE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TBS. BAKING POWDER ~ NOTE:(IN VIDEO I SAY TWO)
1/2 TSP SEA SALT
2 TSP. GROUND CINNIMON

BLEND DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

WET INGREDIENTS:
2 LARGE EGGS, BEATEN
15 OZ CAN, FULL FAT COCONUT MILK
1/2 C. AVOCADO OIL ~ NOTE:(I REFERED TO IT AS OLIVE OIL)
Sorry late night diner creation after making 10 lbs of Maxx's
Homemade chicken dog food. Was pretty beat at this time.
1 TSP. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
1 TBS. PURE MAPLE SYRUP (MICROWAVE 7 SECONDS EASY POOR)

Blend the wet together before you Slowly add the dry.
Will turn into a dough. Dont over mix.
Better results if you let rest couple hours prior.
Would also use near room temp.
Just because my first batches were out of the fridge.
Being dough like works better and looks crispier also.
example the round waffles were the last and at room temp when cooked;)
