My beginning carnivore journey

This video is my first ever. I am going carnivore and this video will explain why I decided to go this route for myself. Almost all diets will work. Some work better than others based on the individual's needs. After trying a number of different ones, I decided to go try the carnivore route. I cover my reasons for doing this in this video before my journey, which officially started Feb 1, 2022. See if any of these reasons resonate with you. I am not an expert, just someone who thoroughly enjoys doing research and trying different things.
