Chocolate PB Banana Oats
1 cup moment oats
1 cup bubbling water
1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 ready banana
stevia
sprinkle of plant milk

Crush a large portion of your banana into a bowl, add oats, powdered pb, cocoa powder and stevia.Mix well and include high temp water. Blend once more, top with the other portion of the banana and a sprinkle of plant milk.

Avocado cucumber rolls
1.5 cups cooked white rice
1/2 avocado, cut
1/2 cucumber, julienned
2 sheets of nori
sprinkle of prepared rice vinegar
sesame seeds and soy sauce
2 cups steamed veggies for a side

Put a large portion of your rice on the nori sheet and spread over the sheet leaving 1/2 inch at the top. Include a large portion of your cucumber and avocado. Get your fingers somewhat wet and hose the highest point of the nori sheet (this assists it with remaining together).
Roll up firmly and rehash for the other roll. Cut into 8 moves each and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
