New Personal Best - Giant Bass

A weird day for fish behavior, but I started it out right. Caught him on a medium fast Carbonlite 2.0 rod with a Shimano Curado K reel and 10lb Seaguar Red Label. Lure was a Texas Rig with a baby sized weight and standard offset worm hook. The plastic was a Googan Baits Lunker Log in green pumpkin. I tried a bunch of things before switching to the Texas rig but that was the first plastic and I didn't catch anything else all day so I have no idea if it was just the profile or what.
