At 3:30AM, around 300 police and other workers started installing concrete barriers at all roads around Parliament, with the exception of one which will be an exit road.

. . . during the hours this took place and Laron has attached the most intense moments of that. In the video, the police move in against the protesters, trying to make room for the blocks to be installed. As you can see, they are quite aggressive with their rugby scrum like tactics.
