Storied Sorties - The Rise of the C-130 & The Four Horsemen - (Ep. 5)

Storied Sorties Episode 5: Getting into some very messing painting with the model kit now but at least it won't be a boring grey color anymore. Hopefully this will start bringing life into the model as we get closer to finishing it. This is my first time painting a model kit so I have A LOT to learn about how to go about doing it. Needless to say, it has made me quite nervous.

As I continue assembling and painting the C-130, we go from reading the Popular Mechanics' article about the C-130, to one about the Four Horsemen. A C-130 Demo Team put together to, in a way, help sell the C-130 to the Air Force and to also put on a good show for the troops!
