To make this tom yum goong, you’ll need :

2 lemongrass
4 cm galangal
6 shallots
5 lime leaves
500 gr large prawn
1L prawn stock
2 tbsp chili paste
150 gr oyster mushroom
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 chili
2 lime
Coriander
