In this video we’ll play frisbee with Bluey! We will train our basic punches and learn a new martial arts skill for kids - THE CRESCENT KICK!

Kids will grow in confidence burn energy and be very very active during this lesson with Bluey which is designed to be a ton of fun, energetic, up tempo and something that kids can do at home.
