We the People met an active duty officer at our own gathering and show of support for the Blue at the 110th in Elmhurst, Queens 19th Feb.

She has a lot to say about how the Commissioner's office and ancillary minions have pressured many officers off the job.

Listen here to the phone call as Officer X is treated with disrespect and and is browbeaten to explain herself further beyond her application for a religious exception from the mandated vax.

The officer exposes a phone call where she is essentially interrogated for asking for her exemption. She also mentions the intimidation and coercion methods used on the NYPD intranet such as emails counting down the days remaining before the vax is required and an internal video shaming the unvaccinated officers to get the jab or lose pay. Five hundred dollars was offered to get the shot.

Those with accepted exemptions (one person this Officer is aware of) is allowed to escape the mandates. This NYPD HERO is being forced to follow the same run around to obtain accommodations. Those in appeal may currently work. Those without an appeal filed must stay off the job without pay. Save our city, quietly like this brave soul would wish for: Lift all the mandates State wide and send all NYPD/ FDNY back to work.
