Notice To the live agents of the corporate Government of CANADA
and all Provincial and State municipal government subdivisions

By the Grace of Almighty God, We the People on the land of North America, the true Sovereigns upon the land of the Our Continent, do hereby make

A Proclamation of Peace -and Sovereignty

To all upon whom these presents shall come, or whom the same may in anyway concern, Greetings…

We the people on the land of North America, also known as Turtle Island, do hereby proclaim that you, Justin Pierre James Trudeau and all those employed in the administration, joint and several, have lost the moral authority to govern the People, due to repeated usurpations and violations of the Bill of Rights and our Constitutions. You have deceived us and lied to us by omission, unjustly enriched yourself and those individuals serving you; and you, jointly and several, have willfully brought Mixed War And Treason upon the People living here. You have failed to address our grievances: So Be It Therefore Resolved your re-presentation of us, jointly and several, is Refused For Cause, your ministerial duties stripped and your Charter Revoked.
In the words of some of the wisest men, the concepts taken from the six nations confederacy, written almost 250 years ago, we add to that declaration as follows: When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected us, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God are entitled, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Freedom and the pursuit of Truth, the foundation of Happiness. -- That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, -- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to create Safety and Happiness and Freedom amongst us. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient cause. Accordingly all experience hath shown, that during transitions mankind are disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable, rather than right ourselves by abolishing the forms to which we are accustomed though they be unjust.

But where a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce us under absolute Despotism, it is our right, it is our solemn duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards* for our future security. -- Such has been the patient sufferance of we the People; and such is now the necessity, which constrains us to alter our former Systems of Government. The history of the present de facto Governments on the North American Continent is a history of theft, repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the people on the land. We shall display these Facts for the entire world to see. We have warned you the government, from time to time of attempts by your corporate legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded you of the circumstances of our freedom of choice. We have appealed to your native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred, to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. You have silenced our voices by censorship and isolation, using dictates and not Law. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity which denounces our Separation from one another, and hold as we hold the rest of mankind, in Peace as Friends, yet in times of grievance, Enemies in War. For you have Declared Mixed War on the People living on the surveyed Territorial Boundaries commonly referred to as “Canada”, while We only choose to live in Peace and not under dictate from you nor your Corporate Governments. The silent majority has Risen. The Will of the people has spoken. We the People no longer Consent. We, the People of North America, again appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world with the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this land, solemnly publish and declare, that We the People are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent; that We are Absolved from all Allegiance to your corporate governments, and that all political connection between the People and them is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent People, We have full Power to conclude Peace, levy War, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, Void Unconscionable Contracts, and perform all other Acts and Things which Independent People and Free men and women may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
