How To Make Steakhouse Roast Chicken | special seasoning

In today's video I'm going to show you how to make that grilled chicken from steakhouses.
I'm also going to show you a tip that you'll never miss the point of the chicken again.
Seasoning (3 hours of marinade)
salt
Fine Herbs
Beer
Parsley
Tips:
Squeeze the bone with your fingers to skewer between the finger and the bone, so the drumstick is firmly on the skewer.
Cut off any skin that has been hanging from the skewer.
Start roasting at the head of the bone, so the chicken will cook from the inside out.
When blood is coming out of the middle of the bone, turn over and roast the other side of the bone.
Bake the sides to finish golden on both sides.
