20220219 Bleed Over - The Daily Summation

I'm sorry to be the bearer of "bad tidings," but NO, you're care and feeding of your pet bears NO comparison to being a parent.

I'll generally say NOT ONE THING when someone makes such a comparison.

That does mean I won't be "mean or cruel" on the one hand, but I'll be honest, I WILL be silently judging AT LEAST your perspective of parenting as a result.

I get missing that experience (or never having had it at all).

That said, if there's NOTHING ELSE WRONG with equating the (and there are certainly other issues), your making people who have yet to be subject to having children, and the related occurrences, think the two are similar, when they ALMOST NEVER ARE.

This is what I hold forth on, on today's edition of The Daily Summation from Kurt's Religion and Politics.
