A witness for satan uses the law and it's condemnation to guilt men into believing in Jesus. But, the apostle Paul says this can not be a saving faith because men are brought to a saving faith only by God's goodness. A goodness that Paul says does not use the condemnation the law brings. But, instead only shows men the grace of God that Is without condemnation. And that the true ministry of reconciliation is that God does not impute sin to men.
