Auto-immune disorders and epilepsy back due to COVID injection after being in remission

This lady had three auto-immune disorders and epilepsy which had been remission (i.e. gone) for three years. However, after getting the COVID jab, she's suffering from these severe diseases once again.

She offers excellent common sense advice: "If you have any sort of pre-existing health condition, don't take it [the jab] and please don't give it to your kids. There is not reason to give them and experimental drug. If there was massive child mortality rates, maybe, but there's not and we are making kids suffer so much."

She neglected to say that if you don't "have any sort of pre-existing health condition", you should also not get jabbed. The young and healthy and lean don't need it. The old, sick and obese do need protection but are likely to get more harm than average and less protection than average due to their weakened immune system.

Everybody should focus on safe and effective alternatives:

1. adequate ventilation
2. optimal humidity (40-60%)
3. adequate vitamin D blood levels (more than 50 ng/ml)
4. early intensive combination with safe and effective repurposed drugs, supplements, and treatments like nasal irrigation
5. healthy diet
6. healthy lifestyle (e.g. adequate sleep, stress management, movement)
7. protection of the high risk group, e.g. with prophylactic use of safe and effective repurposed drugs
