Biden’s handlers and the Democrats, being the gun grabbing authoritarians they are, do not like that Missouri passed a law designed to stop local law enforcement in the state from helping the Feds infringe on residents’ Second Amendment right to bear arms. So, in response, they’ve sent Merrick Garland and the DOJ into court claiming the state doing this is unconstitutional.

Let that sink in. Garland is claiming that Missouri passing a law intended to stop local law enforcement from taking part in the Federal Government unconstitutionally infringing on an inalienable right is in and of itself unconstitutional. This is something the Babylon Bee would run as a joke headline not that long ago.

In this video we take a look the New York Times try to back the mental gymnastics up on stopping the Government from acting unconstitutionally is itself unconstitutional.
