ScanWatch charges itself...?

Why is my ScanWatch having battery issues on Day 31 and Day 55? I charged for an hour using a 5W charging brick and then stopped charging it at 58%. Took it off the Withings charging disc and left it on my desk. About an hour later I remembered to check the battery life and it had jumped to 78%, how and why? So, I did another test just a few days ago (Day 55) and I charged it to 75 or 80% and stopped, took it off the charged, placed it on my wrist like a normal human [not in my sock nor around my ankle] and wore it for about 88 minutes on my wrist. I checked the battery percentage of the ScanWatch and it magically jumped from 3/4 full to 100% and fully charged. That was three days ago and the watch is now down to 85% - wow! Regardless of the erroneous nature and mystery here folks, yes, the battery life continues to be weeks when needed. I contacted Withings Support a few hours after I published this video and I am interested to see how they resolve my concerns. Luckily, this wearable came with a two-year warranty 😁
