EVERYBODY BOUGHT PUTS! - Are You Making This Options Mistake?

The stock market continued its bounce from the bottom, with today making it the largest 2 day advance since April 2020. With markets still nervous about the Fed & hiking rates, it was a surprise today to watch rate hike odds start off very negative, only for the market to rip. I go over what this means for the market and our indicator, but at the same time, this could be a very positive sign for earnings and downside risks that are priced in. Nonetheless, with this only being 2 days, we may very well be stuck in another volatility cycle and this may be a temporary relief rally. The answer will be in the earnings and if more Fed speakers ease the market like they did today. I go over what happened in the stock market today, but I focus on what my prediction is and how I think things will play out. Its too soon to say whether or not we sustain the rally or hit new lows, but the one thing for certain is that divergences are already happening. We will see how oil earnings go tomorrow and if big tech stocks like GOOGL & AMD can keep sentiment high as we enter the end of the week. ITS GOING TO BE EXCITING SO I HOPE YOU ARE READY!
