School Boards can run but they can't hide from the righteous wrath of parents as you can see in this video of the highlights of the February 17, 2002 North Penn School Board meeting. The North Penn School District, in the Philadelphia suburbs, was in the news a month ago because one of its teachers was caught taping a mask to a student's face.
