First, I want to say, 'HAPPY NEW YEAR 2022'! Now with that out of the way, this video, I make up for some missed shout outs from the Christmas "not-so-Special" video by recognizing some great ones! Oh,...I also smoke a Pork Loin on the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Smoker using a wonderful rub given to me for Christmas by my daughter Kristal when I visited her. This rub is the Meat Church (keep wanting to say Metal Church! LOL) BBQ Honey Bacon BBQ Rub. The flavors are amazing! Great company out of Waxahachie, Texas!
