These gelatinous animals are a favourite snack for Green Sea turtles which close their sensitive eyes as they bite into jellyfish Sadly plastic bags are often mistaken for jellyfish and may lead to a slow death for these endangered animals if ingested- so please always pick up any plastic waste you find! Using a metal drink bottle instead of plastic bottles is a great first step as well as ditching plastic straws!
