Rita shares her experience with Suicide and her journey to healing.

Rita is a Junior Associate with the Corporate & Commercial Department with vast experience advising public and private companies, financial institutions, and government entities.
She is focused and committed with professional experience in legal support capacities and administration. She has the proven ability to foster a productive relationship between individuals, corporations, and organizations through meticulous planning. Rita is articulate and proactive, combines a professional and confident approach with excellent interpersonal skills, and can communicate concisely at all levels.

Rita holds a bachelor of laws degree from Uganda Christian University, and a diploma in law from The Institute of Legal Development, Rwanda.

Rita is passionate about mental advocacy and currently leads Heart to Heart Spaces, a Mental health community that is focused on ending the stigma around mental illness in Uganda. She is also a published author of the book “Dear Me”.
