Hong Kong leader considering city-wide COVID-19 testing

Hong Kong's coronavirus battle intensified on Friday as authorities identified more than 20,000 hotel rooms for quarantine accommodation, after the city's leader Carrie Lam said city-wide testing was being considered in the global financial hub.
