God is good all the time 443: Filled By or With the Holy Spirit

Yes the title is a question. So the real question is are we as believers filled by the Holy Spirit or are we filled BY the Holy Spirit? The question comes down to how we see what it is and how it works in the wording of the question. When we say with it is a forceful thing while the other is done by us giving of ourselves so that we may be filled with the gifts and other things that we need of the Spirit. So join me as I look at this question of filled BY the Spirit or with the Spirit?
