Try this all standing 15 minute Leg Challenge. You will work the front of the thighs, back of the thighs, side of the thighs and glutes. The final stretch is also standing. Get your whole leg work done in just 15 minutes.

Original Barre Method is taught in these videos as well as Pilates and Yoga. My instruction is based on movements that are effective and gentle on your body.
