This week's lighten the mood was a little bit special. Newly-elected Mayor of Boston, Michelle Wu, is pretty unpopular in her city. So much so that when she tried to host a friendly Q+A on Instagram Live, the trolls descended in masses and disrupted what was supposed to be a good PR look.
