One of the best ways to increase the intensity of a workout is to add bands. Bands allow dynamic movements and provide progressive resistance that can be adapted to your level of skill. If you are ready to improve your functional capabilities, not just while working out, but in everyday life, these are the movements to start with. I have said this before, but it is still just as true. If you want to learn exercises that you can keep coming back to because they work, these are excellent to start with.
